Spink 2

Ingredients:

- 1cl Rhum 
- 3cl Passoa
- 3cl Limonade
- 3cl Tonic
- 2cl Lemon juice
- 5cl Prosecco

Recipe:

- Pour all the ingredients in a chef sommelier glass

- Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice cubes

- Stir gently with the mixing spoon

- Decorate with a mint leaf and a slide of lime

The Globetrotter

Ingredients:

- 4cl Appleton Rhum 12 
- 1.5cl Sugar Cane Syrup
- 2cl Lime Juice
- 1cl Passion Purée
- 2 drops Creole Bitter
- A pinch of Pink pepper 7-8 pieces
- Ginger beer

Recipe:

- Chill the pool glass and the large part of the shaker with ice cubes.

- Pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer into the small part of your shaker

- Shake 10/15 seconds

- Double strain and poor into a Tumbler gladd

- Garnish with mint and Pink pepper

Globetrotter (2)

 

Djinntini Black Martini Shaker

Ingredients:

- 4cl Gin
- 1cl Lemon Juice
- 3 Lime Sherbet syrup
- 1.5c Egg White

Recipe:

- Chill the Black Martini glass with crushed ices and the large part of the shaker with ice cubes.

- Pour all the ingredients except the egg white

- Shake 10/15 seconds

- Make a dry shake with egg white

- Poor in Black Martini glass

- Garnish with dry lime

Random

Ingredients:

- 5cl Gin Sipsmith
- 2.5cl Liqueur Italicus
- 2cl Lime juice
- 0.5cl Sugar syrup
- 1.5cl Raspberry coulis
- Basil leaves
- Sanbitter

Recipe:

- Chill the cocktail jar with crushed ices and the shaker with ice cubes.

- Pour all the ingredients in the shaker except the sanbitter

- Drain the extra water from the shaker

- Empty the cocktail jar from the crushed ice

- Shake 10/15 seconds

- Double strain the cocktail into the jar

- Add the sanbitter

- Fill the glass with ice cubes

- Garnish as you see fit

Random Cocktail

 

Rose Gold

Ingredients:

- 4cl Bourbon Maker's Mark
- 3cl Red Porto Sandeman
- 2cl Cocchi
- 2.5cl Lime juice
- 1.5cl Passion Fruit Syrup

Recipe:

- Chill the Martine glass with crushed ice and the Large part of the shaker with ice cubes.

- Pour all the ingredients in the small part from your shaker.

- Shake 10/15 seconds

- Poor into a Martine glass with double strain

- Garnish with a sugar rime
