EHLfamily: 2006, Home coming

EHL Alumni | 20 Oct, 2016

EHL alumni come back to their Alma Mater for the most memorable moments of the alumni lifecycle: the traditional “Home Coming” events for their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th or even more graduation anniversary.

For the occasion, Alumni of the same graduation year gather on EHL campus and around Lausanne. Even though some haven’t seen each other for sometimes over twenty years and although the school has changed a lot, they love to be back home and feel 18 again!

As says Ruud Reuland, EHL’s former Director in a yearbook from 2006 “All of us carry two suitcases in life; one filled with what we know – memories, pictures and experiences – and one with the unknown: our ideas, ambitions, expectations and dreams”

Graduates from 2006 have now 10 years of professional experience. Some have found their dream jobs and some are still working on their career path.

In the past decade some opened their own restaurant or hotel, became Event Managers in 5* hotels, General Managers in big hotel chains or Associate Directors in Swiss banks; while others are even designing delicious cakes in Spain!

In 2016, EHL had the pleasure to welcome around 160 alumni from the classes of 1991, 1996 summer and winter semesters and 2006 summer and winter semesters.
